Shipping Cost & Delivery
Shipping cost is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your shopping cart and put your shipping zip code for US then click the "Calculate" button. For other countries, simply select the available country in the dropdown menu then click the "Calculate" button. Some International orders will need to contact us for a shipping rate.
Orders will be shipped out normally via Fedex to Contiguous United States customers and via USPS to non contiguous states, PO Box address, APO and FPO. Orders in the amount of $100 and below will have a flat rate charge of $16 for shipping and anything over $100 will be calculated based on 13% of the subtotal.
For orders with amount of $3,000 or over, they are shipped with a trucking company via LTL on a pallet. Estimated delivery time is about 4 - 6 business days for CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY. Shipment to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Back order items will be shipped when items are in stock. Customers will be reponsible for a $20 address modification surcharge if there is a change of address. We can not stop and return a package after it has been shipped. Return shipments are the responsibility of the recepient. If the carrier has attempted to deliver and the recepient is not accepting the package or it is sent back to us we are not responsible for shipping the material again. - Your order will be shipped via FedEx Economy which is an estimated of 6 - 10 business days for delivery time. FedEx Economy is the cheapest shipping service among all other carriers. - International customers will be responsible for customs duties charged by your local customs agency. For most countries that we ever have shipped to, Montessori educational materials are DUTY FREE. Please consult with your local customs agency or broker firm to see if "Montessori Educational Materials" are "Duty-Free" items in your country.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and you will not be refunded. Once we shipped the package, we have done our part to ship the package on time. Any delivery delays are not our responsibility, please contact the shipping carrier that we provide. Any damaged items will need to be reported upon arrival or within the 30 day return period.
